Directeur musical à l'église presbytérienne St. Andrew and St. Paul à Montréal, il est lauréat de multiples concours internationaux tels Calgary, Dublin (Irlande) et du Collège royal canadien des organistes (RCCO/CRCO). Il se produit régulièrement en récitals en Amérique du Nord, en Asie et en Europe.
Après avoir étudié à l'Université Wilfrid Laurier, il s'inscrit à l'Université McGill où il détient un doctorat en interprétation orgue. Il a également étudié à la Hochschule für Musik, à Stuttgart, en Allemagne, de 2003 à 2005. Au nombre de ses maîtres figurent Barrie Cabena, Colin Tilney, John Grew, Hank Knox et Ludger Lohmann. Il est récipiendaire de plusieurs bourses et prix, notamment ceux du Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines du Canada et de l'Office allemand d'échanges universitaires, ainsi que de la fondation Sir Ernest MacMillan Memorial.
Détenteur, depuis 1996, d'un diplôme de « Fellow » du Collège royal canadien des organistes (RCCO/CRCO), il fait présentement partie du comité de certification du Collège. De 2005 à 2007, il a enseigné l'orgue, le clavecin et la basse chiffrée à l'école de musique Schulich de l'Université McGill. Au nombre de ses concerts récents, on note la clinique itinérante nationale 2008-2009 pour la CRCO, les séries de concerts Organ Intermezzi et Sinfonica Organo, le Sing-In de la radio CBC à l'église St. Andrew et St. Paul, le Festival des couleurs de l'orgue français, et le Festival international d'orgue 2009 du RCCO/CRCO à Toronto. Il entreprendra à l'automne 2009 une tounée en Allemagne et aux Pays-Bas suivie en avril 2010 d'un récital pour Les Amis de l'orgue de Québec.

After studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, he is admitted at McGill University where he completed a PhD in organ performance. He also studied at the Hochschule für Musik in Stuttgart, Germany, from 2003 to 2005. Principal teachers include Barrie Cabena, Colin Tilney, John Grew, Hank Knox, and Ludger Lohmann. He is the recipient of many scholarships and awards, most notably from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, the German Academic Exchange Service, and the Sir Ernest MacMillan Memorial Foundation.
Awarded the FRCCO in 1996, he currently serves on the College's professional certification committee. From 2005 to 2007, he taught organ, harpsichord, and figured bass at the Schulich School of Music of McGill University. Recent concerts include those as the 2008-2009 National Travelling Clinician for the RCCO; the Organ Intermezzi and Sinfonica Organo series; the CBC Radio Sing-In at the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul; the Festival des couleurs de l'orgue français; and the 2009 RCCO International Organ Festival in Toronto. Upcoming performances include a concert tour in Germany and the Netherlands in the fall of 2009, and an April 2010 appearance for Les Amis de l'orgue de Québec.
